Eileen is the Co-Founder of The Governance Partners, LLC, a consulting firm specializing in assisting companies with pre-IPO preparation, M&A planning and integration, and financial and operational excellence.  Her expertise was honed in CFO roles with such companies as:

• Press Ganey Associates, a healthcare technology private equity owned company where Eileen increased stakeholder value by reducing costs by over $10M annually and spearheading growth with four acquisitions and a strategic product roadmap
• Tecta America Corporation, the largest U.S. commercial roofing and environmental services company where Eileen prepared the company for IPO by implementing SOX controls, standalone financial statements, and enhanced financial and operational key metrics dashboard reporting, and negotiated a successful recapitalization to address major downturn in construction market--eliminated $30M in operating expense
• Houlihan Lokey, an international investment bank and financial advisory privately held firm where Eileen prepared the company for a potential IPO and employed international tax strategy to reduce effective tax rate by over 700+ basis points
