Eileen Kamerick is the lead quote in the article "Audit Committee Expertise Gets An Upgrade," by Lindsay Frost, February 12, 2018,  in Agenda (a Financial Times service). The article focuses on the increasing involvement of the audit committee in high-impact events dealing with cyber security, culture issues, legal investigations and harassment incidents has fueled the need to refresh audit committee member skill sets. As a result, companies are looking beyond directors with purely financial experience to court those with compliance, legal, investor relations, and technology expertise to fill audit committee seats.
Directors & Boards magazine published "5 Rs to Demystify Cybersecurity" in its Third Quarter 2017 edition focused on "Being a High-Tech Director." In the article, co-authors Eileen Kamerick and Mark Trembacki articulate a straightforward and uncluttered approach for the oversight of the complex and continually evolving topic of cyber security through a focus on Readiness, Resilience, Resources, Reporting, and Results.
Directors & Boards magazine chose Eileen Kamerick as one of 20 women corporate board directors featured by Directors & Boards as “Directors to Watch 2016” because their ability to go “beyond, ‘seeing around corners,’ is integral to their shared vision of what it means to be effective 21st century board and business leaders.”
